My door sticks only part of the year. Is that fixable?
Usually, yes. In Florida that is normally the door or the frame moving with the humidity. Depending on what I find it can be a hinge adjustment, a strike plate move, or easing the edge of the door. I will tell you which one it is before I start.
Do you install smart locks and video doorbells?
I install non-electrical door hardware such as knobs, handles, deadbolts, hinges and stops. Anything that needs wiring is outside what I take on.
How do I get a price?
Call or text me at 727-505-8108 and tell me what is going on. A couple of phone photos usually tell me everything I need to know. You get a clear price and a real appointment window before I start, not a surprise invoice at the end.
