Are these installations ADA compliant?
I do not represent this work as ADA compliant, and I would be careful of anyone who does without designing to that standard. If you need an installation verified to a particular specification, that should be designed and inspected for that purpose. What I offer is a grab bar mounted at an appropriate location and anchored properly.
Can a grab bar go anywhere I want it?
Not quite. It has to go where there is something solid to anchor into, so the location is partly decided by what is behind the tile or drywall. I will walk the bathroom with you and show you the workable spots before anything gets drilled.
Can you work with a family member who is arranging this remotely?
